A maximum of 0.2% applies at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. For example, a Gold-level member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳120. The cashback amount is automatically credited to the account.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.
