App vs Phone Browser — What is the difference?
The most important similarity between playing on the cv999 app and on a phone browser is that the account and balance are exactly the same. If you deposit via the app today, you will see that same balance in the browser. There is no separate registration or separate wallet.
The difference is mainly in the experience. Since the app is built specifically for phones, navigation feels more natural, you receive push notifications, and the full screen space is used.

|---|---|---|
| Account and Balance | Same | Same |
| Mobile-Optimised UI | Yes | Partial |

How to keep your account secure on mobile
Following a few basic precautions when using your account on a phone keeps your information safe. The cv999 login process uses OTP, so verify the code sent to your number at each login.
- Keep your screen lock on. Use a PIN, fingerprint or face unlock so that if your phone ends up in someone else's hands, they cannot access your account.
- Do not share your OTP with anyone. The cv999 support team never asks for an OTP by phone or chat. If anyone asks, it is a scam.
- Do not share your password with anyone. Choose a strong password — combining numbers, letters and special characters. Do not use the same password on other sites.
- Be cautious with public Wi-Fi. It is better not to log in on an unfamiliar network. Mobile data is safer.
- Keep your registered email and phone number up to date. These are needed when resetting your password or for verification.
cv999 encourages all users to follow the responsible gaming policy. Betting and casino games are always for entertainment. Set your own limits and take a break when needed.
For any account-related issues, Bengali-language assistance is available 24/7 via live chat.
Some tips for running the app smoothly
Keeping a few simple things in mind will help you get the best experience from the cv999 app.
- Maintain a stable internet connection. An unstable connection during live betting or live casino can cause occasional interruptions. Use mobile data or a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- Keep the app updated. When a new version is available on the official channel, update it — you will get new features and bug fixes at the same time.
- Keep your phone's storage and RAM free. Closing unnecessary apps lets games run more smoothly, especially slots and live casino.
- Turn off battery saver mode. When this mode is on, screen refresh slows down, which can cause issues with live score updates.
